Signoff Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Signoff (“the Service”), which helps Google Workspace administrators create and deploy Gmail signatures for their organization. By installing or using Signoff, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use Signoff

Signoff is intended for Google Workspace administrators who install the application for their organization. You must have authority to bind your organization to these Terms and to grant the permissions requested during installation.

The Service

Signoff provides tools to design HTML signature templates, sync directory data, assign templates by organizational unit, and deploy signatures to users’ Gmail send-as settings. We may update or improve the Service over time.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure signature content complies with your organization’s policies and applicable law
• Maintain control of administrator accounts and Marketplace installation settings
• Provide accurate information and keep OAuth and Workspace permissions current

Google APIs and Workspace

Signoff uses Google APIs and must be installed from Google Workspace Marketplace (or as otherwise made available by Google). Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s terms and policies. Signoff’s use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Availability and support

We strive to keep Signoff available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis through your organization’s administrator or the contact information listed in the Marketplace listing.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using Signoff by uninstalling it from Google Workspace. We may suspend or discontinue the Service if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon uninstall, cached organization data may be deleted according to our retention practices described in the Privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
