Signoff Help Center

Signoff deploys branded Gmail signatures across your Google Workspace organization.

Get started

  1. Install Signoff from Google Workspace Marketplace (Setup in the app).
  2. Sync Directory users and organizational units from Overview.
  3. Create an HTML signature template with merge fields such as {{fullName}} and {{email}}.
  4. Assign the template to the whole organization or a specific OU.
  5. Run a deploy to push each user's assigned template to Gmail.

Support

For account-specific help, sign in to the app and use Contact support in the account menu. That opens a message to your Workspace administrator.
