What we collect

Signoff accesses Google Workspace Directory data (name, email, job title, department, phone, organizational unit, profile photo) solely to render and deploy Gmail signatures. We do not access, store, or process the content of your emails.

How we use data

• Authenticate Workspace administrators
• Sync directory information to populate signature templates
• Deploy rendered HTML signatures to users' Gmail send-as settings via the Gmail API

Data storage

Directory fields needed for signature rendering are cached in our database. Signature templates and deployment job status are stored to provide the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data retention

Cached directory data is refreshed on sync and cron schedules. You may request deletion of your organization's data by contacting your administrator or uninstalling the app from Google Workspace.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Signoff's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
